You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres. This includes managing patient registration, admission enquiries, appointment scheduling, payments and financial counselling. In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.Requirements
GCE 'O' / 'N' Level with at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Experience with SAP system will be advantageous
Able to work staggered hours between 6.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays
