
Senior Manager, Channel Partner Program

- Develop global channel partner strategy and the playbook for compliance and commercial alignment
- Oversee the selection of channel partners in the regions and ensure agreements align with the channel strategy
- Assess and measure the outcome of the Channel Partner Program by region.
- Develops and coordinates the pricing discount matrix and transparency (including audits) of Channel Partners
- Act as the primary liaison between channel partners and internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on partner strategy, performance, and issue resolution
- Representing the company at industry events and partner forums to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence
- Enforce adherence to corporate compliance policies, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and export controls
- Setting up new CPs and owning projects regarding channel partners
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track partner performance, compliance status, and risk indicators
- Understand the basics of our CP application software and be able to help answer any questions for CPs
- Establishes framework for Fee For Service (FFS) to get Net Distributor Prices
- Ability to travel – occasional up to 20% of the time
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in CRM and partner management platforms
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance policies, and audit processes
- Experience utilizing continuous improvement tools
