- 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Customer Marketing, with a strong understanding of On- and Off-Trade channels.
- Expertise in Innovation Management, Category Management, Planogramming, and Channel Strategy.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing brand/product P&L and a solid understanding of customer marketing.
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commercially driven with a strong sales mindset and a focus on delivering both short- and long-term business value.
- Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Creative thinker with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach; able to operate independently and drive initiatives forward.
