Responsible for assembly of complex modules and systems that include device enclosure, panel, racks, or providing box-build services by utilizing programmed robotics systems following customer's requirements and specifications. The Mechanical Assembly Technician also conducts basic testing and calibration work on the finished product.
Perform assembly for Mechanical components according to WI (Work instruction)/ OMS (Operation method sheet) including working with various sized materials from heavy parts to small intricate parts, robots' installation and teaching, alignment, etc.
Ensure the product is accurate with specifications to be delivered to customers through Vacuum Leak Checks.
Monitor individual work efficiency to ensure On-time delivery, quality, and delivery performance in production.
Feedback on continual improvement in production in terms of KPI set.
To ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery are worked out according to KPI.
Requirements
NITEC/Higer NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering)
At least 1 year of experience as a mechanical assembly technician in the manufacturing assembly environment.
WSQ Workplace Safety in Metal Work
Basic knowledge in mechanic and electrical theories
Basic knowledge on Microsoft office application (Excel.Words)
