Responsibilities:Pre-arrivalSupport and execute activities with the new student airport pick-up and accommodation support servicesMaintain database to track service statuses and engagement ratesOrientationSupport and execute activities within the new student orientation weeksSupport and work with various stakeholders such as JCU staff and external vendors to ensure a smooth orientation processMaintain database to track engagement ratesStudent ClubsSupport and execute activities for the student clubs such as providing its members support with planning events and activitiesGymSupport and execute activities for the gym space upkeep and membership applicationsPrivilege ProgramSupport and execute activities for the privilege program including working with external organizations to bring privileges and benefits for students such as discounts at retail stores and food and beverage outletsEssential Skills RequiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in events managementPassion for working with youthMinimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in the education industryMonthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experienceClosing date: 21 March 2024JCUS Perks:
