JOB DESCRIPTIONJointly with the Leasing Team, consistently review the leasing strategy plan to improve on the retail mix, maximise occupancy and rent incomeActive prospecting for desirable tenant mix, including cold calling, site viewing etc.Negotiation on new and renewal leasesPreparation and tracking of lease documentation, e-filing and update lease management systemMonitor and track tenants’ performance and compliance with the lease agreementPreparation of leasing meeting slides, marketing kit and management reportEstablish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships, tenant managementJOB REQUIREMENTSDegree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalentMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail mallGood written and spoken communication skills, with strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skillsMeticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timelinePossess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team playerRequirement as a CEA registered salesperson is a mustProficient in Microsoft office, especially in ExcelBUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMOperating Division
