- Responsible for channel distribution growth/expansion of the brand
- Develop new business opportunities by analyzing business needs and brand’s requirements.
- Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships and consumer activations.
- Communicate effectively with all channel partners to align, plan and execute all product and trade marketing objectives, plans and activations before, during and post animation.
- Constantly review the business plans with trade partners, re-strategize and initiate plans/programs to drive sales.
- Ensure that sales are maximized through the effective analysis of sales data, monitoring of activity, observation of and response for trends, setting of priorities and evaluation of business initiatives.
- Deepen channel customer development through CRM program activations.
- Responsible for the overall achievement of sales and profit target of the brand.
- Budget Management: Responsible for full P&L, including managing the A&P budget
- Responsible for all forecasting and sampling management for product launches and trade and retailer activities.
- Analyze product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.
- Conduct market trend and competitor trend analysis, consumer insights and plan proactive actions.
- Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with the marketing, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption. Collaborate with multiple functional teams to ensure smooth business operation.
- Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development.
- Build a strong and sustainable partnership with brand partner.
- Build and implement marketing plan (recruitment, CRM, events and promotions)
- Ensures that customer segmentation remain up to date and relevant for each campaign
- Develops relevant and engaging brand communications behind the right product mix
- Master, improve and maximize the usage of customers information (purchase history) in developing relevant marketing programs. Defines & executes CRM analytics.
- Strategize, develop and execute CRM programs for the brand.
- Evaluates CRM campaigns against target KPIs and shares learnings.
- Work with the right partners to recruit new clients or prospective clients. Develop a yearlong strategy and calendar for recruitment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty / FMCG / luxury / consumer / retail industry preferred.
- Strong expertise in driving business/brand strategy & execution (sales, marketing, media, PR, and market development)
- Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers and problem-solving.
- Well-groomed, confident, and independent individual with entrepreneur spirit. Able to handle negotiations and meetings with higher level executives, both internally and externally
- Digitally savvy and familiar with various eCommerce and social commerce selling tools and platforms.
- Fluent in English, any other Asian language an advantage to support business needs within Asia Pacific.
- Proficient in MS Office, strong in excel (pivot table, vLookup) and PowerPoint presentation.
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and well organized with a positive can-do attitude.
