Requirements· Diploma / Degree holder· Min 1 - 2 years of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to financial aid and award schemes· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal· Passionate in supporting students· Self-motivated, self-disciplined with positive attitude· Meticulous with good calculus skills· Good time management, process-oriented, detailed-focused, well-organised and strong mutli-tasking skills· Tech-savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite· Able to work collaboratively across teamsJob DescriptionYou will play a key role in supporting the administration of financial aid and academic awardschemes. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:· Facilitate the processing of various financial aid and academic award schemes managed by the division· Review and assess application and supporting documents in accordance with established criteria· Follow up with applicants on incomplete submissions and escalate exceptional cases for further review· Prepare award letters and maintain accurate records in relevant systems· Liaise with schools, departments, and external partners on matters related to awards and payments· Manage data requests from internal and external stakeholders· Handle enquiries, complaints, and appeals from students, parents, donors, agencies, and the public· Contribute to the review and enhancement of work processes for greater efficiency· Assist in planning and executing events related to awards and student engagement· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the departmentEA License No.: 96C4864Reg No.: R1106928 TOH LAY HOON
