
Senior Executive, Engineering & Sustainability (2-Years Contract)

- To lead on exploring, evaluate and conduct trial on new technologies
- Work with corporate team and suppliers on new initiatives and innovation projects
- Work with government agencies on any funding to implement new technologies and trials
- To evaluate the performance and recommendation to scale up when proven to be effective and meet our sustainability and operation excellence objectives
- To manage project executions
- To lead on the evaluation of new products and upgrading of building equipment to improve Operations productivity and Building efficiencies
- To work on the certification and re-certification of existing buildings to achieve ISO and Green mark or related certification
- To evaluate term contracts specifications and harmonise the specifications across multiple assets classes to obtain optimal cost and work efficiencies towards an outcome base contract
- Fine tune of operation manuals and upkeep guidebooks after approvals
- Support Doc controller in Document controls and compliance related areas
- Provide training to the Operations team
- Any other new tasks assigned
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Real Estate Management)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience on ACMV system, building management system, knowledge of green buildings requirement and Property Management is a plus
- Experience in Energy Management and Audits (ISO systems) will be an added advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to deal with corporate stakeholders for reporting and project works
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
