  • Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications Management:Act as the primary custodian of our employee question platform, where employees can directly submit questions to the CIO and CEO. This includes:
  • Reviewing submitted questions, identifying key themes, and routing them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Crafting or refining responses for clarity, accuracy, and effectively address the questions raised.
  • Ensuring responses are complete, objective, and holistic, representing both employee concerns and leadership’s viewpoints.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with relevant stakeholders and good stakeholder management to obtain accurate and comprehensive responses.
Leadership Messaging:
  • Able to understand leadership vision and connect dots across various pieces of information to carefully craft newsletters, updates, and key announcements, ensuring our key message is effectively communicated.
Presentation Development:
  • Design and build compelling decks and preparing talking points for leadership, transforming complex information into clear, engaging visual stories for various audiences from technologists to senior leaders and the general audience.
  • Interpret data and qualitative insights to develop coherent narratives for a wide range of audiences.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage and collaborate with various internal and external teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance on clear and strategic communications.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in communications, copywriting, or strategic messaging, with a focus on leadership communications.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and strategic content from complex information.
  • Able to understand business priorities and effectively build communication assets that is impactful.
  • Strong experience in creating and designing presentations.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple and navigating stakeholders.
  • High level of independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to connect the dots between various pieces of information.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and summarize communications at strategic and executive level for business stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and highly pressurised environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a corporate environment, particularly in a highly matrixed organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A proactive, adaptable, analytical, data driven and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Candidate with experience in working on Technology content would be valued
