
Head of Sales - Digital Assets

- Define and execute the regional go-to-market plan aligned with global objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing APAC sales team.
- Identify and close opportunities in tokenization, stablecoins, custody, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Build and manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, asset managers, corporates, and regulators.
- Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and key client meetings.
- Own the sales pipeline and deliver against revenue targets.
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex enterprise agreements.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align client requirements with solutions.
- Expand presence across APAC markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
- Develop tailored strategies for key accounts and priority markets.
- 8+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships experience in blockchain, fintech, digital assets, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of building and leading regional sales teams.
- Strong network with institutional and enterprise clients across APAC.
- Commercial acumen and experience structuring complex enterprise deals.
- Knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, stablecoins, custody solutions, and digital asset markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
