Job Description
  • After a very successful 2024, looking for a new Head of Sales/Country Head to join their team in Hong Kong.
  • Lead the company’s growth in APAC by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Drive B2B sales efforts, set revenue targets, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve aggressive growth goals
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing local team, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives
  • Navigate local financial regulations, secure necessary licenses, and maintain compliance with cross-border payment standards
  • Represent the company in industry events, build relationships with banks, regulators, and enterprise clients
  • Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with HQ teams across product, marketing, and operations.
Key Candidate Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree is required (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any relevant field); MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years in senior or country management roles
  • Exposed ideally within fintech or cross-border payments industry
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s regulatory and labor landscape
  • Proven track record in business growth, P&L ownership, and scaling teams
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
