If you are excited about transforming traditional workflows using digital tools, automation, or AI, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams, this is your opportunity to make a difference.Key Responsibilities🔹 Procurement & Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with internal stakeholders to assess needs and deliver timely, cost-effective procurement solutions.Guide business units on procurement SOPs and digital systems, ensuring smooth user experiences.Act as a strategic partner in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors to ensure value-for-money outcomes.🔹 Digital Transformation & Process OptimisationIdentify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows using digital tools and AI-powered automation.Support and pilot digital initiatives to enhance data accuracy, vendor tracking, and spend analytics.Collaborate on system enhancements in platforms such as Sage 300, Norming, and SharePoint to improve user efficiency and data visibility.🔹 Operational Excellence & ComplianceOversee vendor performance, warranty claims, contract renewals, and regulatory compliance.Ensure timely delivery through proactive order tracking and exception management.Contribute to sustainability and ESG-focused procurement practices.🔹 Projects & InnovationDrive or support innovation-related projects assigned by the Section Lead or Management.Stay up to date on procurement trends and technologies that can support organisational goals.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:
✅ Diploma/Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
✅ Experienced - at least 2 years in procurement or supply chain operations
✅ Digitally fluent - skilled in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint; familiar with Sage 300 and Norming (preferred)
✅ Data-driven - strong in analytics, reporting, and applying digital insights to procurement performance
✅ Curious and innovative - embraces continuous improvement, process redesign, and AI-enhanced workflows
✅ A great communicator - fluent in English and Mandarin (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors)
