- MAIN ROLE: BOOK PATIENTS INTO THE CLINIC.
- Respond and follow-up to consumer inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media.
- Manage a large amount of queries in a fast-paced workplace.
- Book patients in the clinic.
- Utilization of the Clinical Management System
- Providing customers with information about dental procedures.
- Establish trusting relationships through open and interactive conversation.
- Identify and assess patient requirements to ensure satisfaction.
- Greet customers and understand their problem or purpose for contacting.
- Collaborate with the customer service manager to guarantee effective service delivery.
- Generate basic reports on patient bookings and follow-up.
