Be the Technical Authority:
  • Master the company groundbreaking products and services to stay ahead in the market.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Empower the sales team with in-depth technical expertise and support to close deals with confidence.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the true value of the solutions.
Drive Sales Success:
  • Partner closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, and Customer Success to pinpoint customer needs and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Craft tailored technical proposals and presentations that resonate with customers.
  • Lead technical assessments and evaluations to ensure customer solutions are top-notch.
  • Provide unwavering technical support throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring the team hits their quota and accelerates business growth.
REQUIREMENTSTechnical Expertise:
  • BI/Analytics Mastery: A deep understanding of BI platforms, ETL processes, and database systems used in Analytics/BI. You will l know the ins and outs of the architecture, components, and capabilities of these systems-plus, you are always in the know about the latest AI technologies and cloud principles.
  • Cloud Technologies: You are comfortable navigating cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, and can leverage their services to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
  • AI Innovation: You have got your finger on the pulse of cutting-edge AI technologies, from large language models (LLMs) to ChatGPT, and you can harness these technologies to drive real business impact.
Leadership & Management Skills:
  • Team Leadership: You thrive on leading high-performing solution engineering teams, motivating them to reach their full potential while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Project Management Expertise: You know how to plan, organize, and execute complex BI projects from start to finish, ensuring every milestone is hit and that teams deliver on time and within scope.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: You have an uncanny ability to identify obstacles and craft solutions, both technical and business-focused, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
