- Manage various CRM platforms for collection of customer feedback (Zendesk, Medallia, RateIT)
- Support quality management and service processes
- Collect and analyse CRM-related data Design customer interaction that drives customer satisfaction
- Understand piece pick concept end-to-end process and identify pain points by monitoring and understanding the impact to business and operations
- Understand compliance process checks and identify pain points from team member, to recommend process streamlining + managing Google log sheet data
- Facilitate communication with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Work location: FairPrice hub (next to jookoon mrt)
- Work hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-6pm)
