Senior Manager, Strategic and Corporate Planning

- Leading a team to oversee the formulation and implementation of organisation’s strategy to achieve broad strategic goals
- Develop foresight to ensure that corporate initiatives stay relevant and current, by factoring in ongoing and potential trends, and detailing response plans
- Support senior management and Board in setting SLA’s organisational goals and priorities
- Oversee the monitoring of organisation performance and Enterprise Risk Management framework for the organisation
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with corporate goals, monitor and report on environmental performance indicators (e.g. carbon emissions, energy usage, water and waste)
- Lead and engage stakeholders on green practices and sustainability awareness
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to develop and/or evaluate high-impact cross-divisional projects / proposals and ensure alignment with organisation’s direction and intent
- Lead the team in administrative staffing support to senior management, when required
- At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience and 2 years of supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
- Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis, problem solving and organisational development
- Keen interest in innovating and seeking new ways of doing things
- Able to analyse issues from a macro perspective and apply to organisation’s context
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
