Key ResponsibilitiesSupport regional commercial planning and execution.Track and review country-level commercial performance regularly.Drive growth in both inbound and outbound business across designated countries.Identify gaps in underperforming markets and propose corrective actions.Engage with key clients across the region and explore new business opportunities based on market trends.Build agency sales capabilities, particularly in market intelligence and analysis.Contribute to setting the annual commercial budget.Co-lead CRM implementation across regional offices.Represent the company at key industry events and conferences.RequirementsDegree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maritime, or related field.At least 10 years of relevant experience in the shipping industry.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Confident working with senior leadership.Open to traveling up to twice a month.
