- Support regional commercial planning and execution.
- Track and review country-level commercial performance regularly.
- Drive growth in both inbound and outbound business across designated countries.
- Identify gaps in underperforming markets and propose corrective actions.
- Engage with key clients across the region and explore new business opportunities based on market trends.
- Build agency sales capabilities, particularly in market intelligence and analysis.
- Contribute to setting the annual commercial budget.
- Co-lead CRM implementation across regional offices.
- Represent the company at key industry events and conferences.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maritime, or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the shipping industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confident working with senior leadership.
- Open to traveling up to twice a month.
