Exposure to regional payroll processes (South Asia).
Pre-boarding, On-boarding & Exit Procedures & Processes.
Business Partnering: Job Postings, arrange for interviews, learn to conduct interviews, work with agencies & hiring managers.
Training & Development: Source for training courses aligning to training requirements.
Design Employee Events & Communications Posters.
Work on HR projects. (Guidebooks, wellness programs).
