- Develop Regional Marketing Plan and 4P strategies, translating global segment direction into regional initiatives, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and digital commerce.
- Lead the cross-functional Market Management Team to implement plans, drive collaboration, and deliver growth and efficiency for the segment
- Provide market insights to identify short- and long-term growth opportunities, including competitive analysis, share gain strategies, segmentation, and market assessments. Build relationships across the value chain through market/customer mapping to support project tracking and annual account negotiations.
- Align with global marketing directors on marcom priorities, initiatives, and budget allocation.
- Partner with Product Management on asset planning to support growth, ensuring optimal utilization of new investments and driving NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
- Define and execute regional pricing strategies for relevant market segments to maximize growth and margin.
- Masters/Degree in Engineering or Business
- At least 5 years of experience in Chemical Industry
- Automotive experience will be a plus
- Ability to travel when needed (20-30%)
