Corporate Action Executive, Securities Operations, GO&T

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events for Singapore and Foreign markets
• Resolve corporate action cash breaks for Singapore and Foreign markets
• Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator established with Business
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external counterparties
• Adhere to documented SOPs, control guidelines and compliance framework
• Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to Section Head/Team Lead and ensure prompt and effective resolution
• Support Section Head & Team Lead to streamline processes, document user requirements and perform user acceptance testing
• Handle adhoc assignments / projects / initiatives as assigned

• Diploma holders with 3-4 years of relevant Corporate Actions experience or fresh degree holders are welcome
• Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with people at various levels
• Possess drive, team-spirit and strong team player
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on the risk/time criticality of the tasks
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Eye for details, meticulous and accurate in work
• Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
