We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios by developing and implementing strategies aimed at maximizing profits through increasing market share of businesses within their designated clients. They will also be responsible for providing support on credit management, debt restructuring and recovery activities. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments across the bank in order to deliver exceptional service standards to customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share of businesses within their designated clients
- Providing support on credit management, debt restructuring and recovery activities
- Collaborating with multiple departments across the bank to deliver exceptional service standards to customers
- Identifying opportunities to grow relationships and expand offerings within existing accounts
- Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential areas of growth or risk
- Staying up-to-date on changes in regulations and policies affecting financial services sector
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing banking operationsQualifications & Experience:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking and finance industry, preferably in relationship management or commercial lending
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products and services offered by banks
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build long term relationships with customers
- Self motivated and results driven
