Job description1. Experience in asset management and inventory management2. Assist project manager to prepare project-related documents such as schedule, design document, delivery order, etc.3. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information4. Assist project manager to supervise the activities on site5. Organize project documents6. Co-ordinate with clients, logistics, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of schedule7. Monitor carry out quality check on progressive completed make recommendation for effective project management8. Communicate in a timely manner when abnormal conditions occur and be responsible for follow-up resolution9. Daily / weekly report outRequirement1. Excelling in English and Chinese speaking and written2. Experience in relevant education or training experience in management is preferred3. Experience in project delivery or operation services is preferred4. Strong self-learning ability and teamwork skills5. Experience in Excel and Mail tools6. Willing to accept short term business trip and over time work7. Good organizational and communication abilities8.
