Assist project manager to prepare project-related documents such as schedule, design document, delivery order, etc.2. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information3. Assist project manager to supervise the activities on site4. Organize project documents5. Co-ordinate with clients, logistics, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of schedule6. Monitor carry out quality check on progressive completed make recommendation for effective project management7. Communicate in a timely manner when abnormal conditions occur and be responsible for follow-up resolution8. Daily / weekly report outApplication InstructionsRequirement:
1. Excelling in English and Chinese speaking and written
2. Experience in relevant education or training experience in management is preferred
3. Experience in project delivery or operation services is preferred
4. Strong self-learning ability and teamwork skills
5. Experience in Excel and Mail tools
6. Willing to accept short term business trip and over time work
7. Good organizational and communication abilities
8. Willing to learn more IT knowledge or Project management is preferred
