
Global Technical Support Specialist - Clinical and Flow

- Providing specialized technical support for your product group(s)
- Developing and delivering product training for your product group(s)
- Contributing to our product knowledge database
- Participating in project development
- Answer inquiries
- Provide application support
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues
- Handle complaints
- Visit customers for demos, installations or troubleshooting
- Support marketing, R&D, quality assurance, regulatory affairs and/or production during all stages of the product lifecycle
- Maintain certification as a certified trainer
- Develop training courses
- Plan, prepare and deliver training courses
- Contribute knowledge
- Review and approve entries created by others
- Master’s or Ph.D. Degree in natural science (biology, biotechnology or medicine) or a comparable scientific education;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Extensive experience in different biological fields like immunology, hematology, oncology, neuroscience, and/or stem cell biology;
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, microscopy, high-content analysis, cell processing, transfusion medicine and/or medical devices;
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential;
- Additional desired languages: Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German.
