In many cases, surgeons and institutions rely on our ability to provide end-to-end clinical support—including IONM—as a deciding factor when selecting our products. The absence of a dedicated specialist may result in:Reduced procedural volume supported, leading to a direct loss or missed revenue opportunities.Dissatisfaction among surgeons and hospitals, increasing the risk of losing accounts to competitors who can provide consistent clinical support.An increased burden on the existing team may limit our ability to support additional cases or explore growth opportunities.Required knowledge and experience:Minimum 1–3-year experience in medical device field preferred.Work alongside with anesthesiologist and surgeons in operating rooms, monitoring brain signals of patients and testing their nervous system to reduce or avoid surgical complicationStrong Biomedical background.Basic knowledge of Intra-operative Neuromonitoring (IONM).Basic understanding of Human Anatomy and Neurophysiology will be a plus pointsThis role is not only operationally critical but also directly tied to our sales revenue and business retention in the neurosurgery and spine segments.Requires a bachelor’s degree in fields such as Biomedical Engineering , Science or NursingPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
