  • Knowledge in Information Management / Systems / Technology / Computer Science or equivalent industry experience or qualifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE, MCSE, etc.
  • 15 Years active experiences as an IS/T ; Technologist or related professional 15 Years of solid project management experience (across geographic regions)
  • Beneficial experience will be in SalesForce.com, Workflow solutions, exposure to eCommerce, CRM tools; Expertise with on-online technologies (web, mobile, social, and other electronic measures of exchange. SAAS,IAAS, Cloud)
  • Having knowledge of eCommerce solutions/processes,(Shopify) production business models or Wine & Spirits distribution will be desirable
  • Min 5 years of experience in effective management and demonstrated development of a team of IT professionals of remote team. Ability to lead a dynamic, technology driven, team of individuals
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, at all levels in a multi-language, multinational environment
  • Ability to transfer complicated ideas into comprehensible and digestible concepts for non-technical audiences
  • A demonstrated mindset to be able to transfer technical concepts into deliverable business solutions
  • Independent, able to work under pressure, attention to detail
  • Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
Additional Information:
  • Decision Making Authority:
  • Validation of vendors, technical solutions, contracts terms on IS&T projects across the Region/ Markets (in liaison with regional/local CFO's and MH IS&T staff)
  • Project management of MHAP regional IS&T projects
Authority to suspend launch of a new application or system developed by any MHAP country, if he/she perceives a high risk of operational failure, or if the application/system does not comply with the Group IS&S security guidelines * SFA
