Lead the in-market Country Trade Marketing Manager (CTMs) to ensure Trade Marketing (TM) objectives in each market are achieved by:
-Understanding the Channel/ Category/ Brand strategy and co-build the activity plan for the market, together with the Sales and Brand Marketing teams
-Proposing the in-store activation budget according to the bottom-up calculation of the activity plan, with a ROI mindset to maximize impact
-Ensuring excellence in the planning and execution of the activity plan, including the On Time In Full (OTIF) deployment of POSMs and all other activations (Premiums, sampling, promoters, roadshows, etc)
-Actively monitoring and managing the in-store activation budget, ensuring delivery of the plan within allocated budget2. POSM Development
-Lead the development, adaptation, production, delivery of all POSMs, including Iconic VIPs for key festivals
-Assess agency capability in the markets and assign projects to best-fit, balancing the need for harmonization vs market agility, while ensuring required quality standards and timelines are respected
-Explore new formats/ types of POSMs and piloting them where relevant to the business
-Identify best practices by engaging and creating a strategic framework which helps bring in the best in class solutions and technology to keep Ferrero ahead of the curve in In-Store POSM management3. MY PS
Lead the in-market CTMs to ensure:
-Ensure successful deployment of the MyPS program at the country level
-Liaise with distributor/country Sales teams and develop the necessary understanding of MyPS program
-Responsible for My PS score improvement in countries assigned4. Capability Building
-Coach the in-market CTMs to be ambassadors for the full TM agenda, to act as a force multiplier by influencing field sales teams, and to work with the distributor/Country sales teams and build their capability on principles of Category management / Instore Activation principles etc. based on provided frameworks by Channel & Category team
-Convert the category Playbooks into Country execution templates to measure performance and provide performance measurement tools
-Through the in-market CTMs, build the MyPS capability of the country /Distributor sales teams
-Identify the learning opportunities in the country Distributor/Sales teams and work in close connection with Trade Marketing team to develop content and materials to bridge the learning gaps
-Educate and train the distributor teams /Country sales teams on the selling story for specific category/ChannelWho we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree in a business/marketing discipline
- 8-15 years' experience in Trade Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in In-store Activation and Channel/Brand Strategy implementation, preferably in FMCG environment
- Proactive, resilient, self-motivated, dynamic, growth mindset and good people management skills
- Market Knowledge: Modern Trade, Impulse Channel, Traditional Trade, Channel & Customer planning, Point of Sales materials
- Fluency in English
- Advanced Excel skill preferred
