Assist Editor-in-Chief in the daily operations to ensure deadlines are met for both digital and print
Work with editorial and art teams to help source and organise visual assets and press releases
Ensure accuracy in the Revolution Archive system and disseminate to brands asking for soft copies of edition
Work with digital and social team on sourcing of images and layout of story posts, to ensure the regular update of the website and social media channels
Coordinate with brands on PR requests and photo shoots

Requirements

Candidate currently pursuing at least a Diploma
Preferably Entry Level specialised in mass communication studies or equivalent
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe software and Canva
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Tech savvy with a strong command of the English language
Reliable, able to multi-task and independent
