Singapore's largest omnichannel media network, bringing you trusted news and lifestyle content across print, digital, radio and outdoor media.Job DescriptionRole Overview: We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and highly organised intern to join the FEMALE editorial team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, lifestyle, pop culture and youth culture, and who is keen to gain hands-on experience across both print and digital media. You will be involved in the full spectrum of editorial work — from content ideation and writing, to video editing, research, administrative support, and assisting on shoots. Open to both polytechnic and university students, this internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an established team and gain valuable insight into the inner workings of a fast-paced media brand.Key Responsibilities:

Ideate and pitch engaging content related to fashion, lifestyle, pop culture and youth culture for FEMALE’s print and digital platforms
Support various aspects of content production, including but not limited to:

Project coordination
Conducting research and interviews
Writing both long- and short-form articles
Assisting with video editing and publishing
Helping coordinate wardrobes and organise logistics for editorial shoots
Provide administrative support such as compiling and archiving editorial materials
Participate in editorial meetings and brainstorming sessions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news relevant to FEMALE’s audience

Requirements:

Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Proficient in video editing software/apps such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, youth and pop culture
A proactive and resourceful mindset with excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and operate effectively under tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
Open to feedback, adaptable, and eager to learn
Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks — from editorial work to on-ground support at shoots, including carrying and packing items
