- To actively make outbound calls to present Insurance products to customers
- To achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
- To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
- Handle customer’s objection professionally, providing excellent customer service and follow up
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by management monthly
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
