Job Description1. General HR Administrative Support
  • Maintain and update employee records (both hard copy and HRIS).
  • Support filing, documentation, and digital archiving for HR records.
  • Support employee recognition programmes like printing of service award letters, recognition letters, etc.
2. Onboarding Administration
  • Prepare onboarding kits and ensure readiness for new hire's first day (e.g., issuance of employee passes, issuance of Personal Protective Equipment, etc).
3. HR Operations Support
  • Assist in coordinating internal HR activities such as health screenings, HR-related events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee passes printing, coding, issuance and monitoring.
  • Coordinate staff services such as transport, locker issuance, and canteen management.
  • Help to ensure compliance with HR policies and processes and support in implementing updates.
4. Ad-Hoc Support
  • Provide support to other HR team members as required.
  • Assist in HR reporting and data compilation.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualification/Experience
  • GCE A-Levels / Diploma in Business or HR-related field
  • 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Discreet with handling confidential information
