- Maintain and update employee records (both hard copy and HRIS).
- Support filing, documentation, and digital archiving for HR records.
- Support employee recognition programmes like printing of service award letters, recognition letters, etc.
- Prepare onboarding kits and ensure readiness for new hire's first day (e.g., issuance of employee passes, issuance of Personal Protective Equipment, etc).
- Assist in coordinating internal HR activities such as health screenings, HR-related events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee passes printing, coding, issuance and monitoring.
- Coordinate staff services such as transport, locker issuance, and canteen management.
- Help to ensure compliance with HR policies and processes and support in implementing updates.
- Provide support to other HR team members as required.
- Assist in HR reporting and data compilation.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
- GCE A-Levels / Diploma in Business or HR-related field
- 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Discreet with handling confidential information
