
Tech Recruiter - Engineering People Team (1-year contract)

- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Undertake global HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding to acquire suitable talents for the organization
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Working on tough and complex offers
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1 - 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the engineering and technology space
- Good understanding of the tech recruitment market
- Independent and creative thinker
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Quick learner with a positive working attitude
- Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in E-commerce or tech startups is a plus
