Our client offer wide range of logistics solution which cater to various segment of customer around the worldJob DescriptionYou will report to the Branch Manager and will lead a team of ocean freight personnel.ResponsibilitiesSupport Ocean Business Development and Trade Lane Management.Monitor and explore the market for acquiring new Ocean Freight business.Coordinate with the Branch Manager to set yearly targets and achieve them.Negotiate pricing, services and terms with the approved vendors and coloaders, to max monthly Ocean GP.Coordinate and negotiate with our other oversea stations.Sales visits to existing and prospective customers.Participate in existing and new RFQ or any bidding projects.Develop WCA agent business.Coordinate and support Ocean daily operations.To work with the Ocean team to resolve any operational-related problem.Other assignments by management if any.Requirement :Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in Ocean business.Well verse with Ocean business compliance regulations and requirements.Experience in managing Ocean operation and guide the staff.
