- Create and manage social media and Ads campaigns to generate leads and achieve our digital communication objectives.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Ads and various social media Ads.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze data to identify trends and enrollment opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand creative content for various digital marketing channels.
- Utilize design tools and software to craft/edit attention-grabbing banners, graphics, videos to produce compelling video content for digital campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in creative development to ensure our campaigns are visually impactful and resonate with our target audience.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace , Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
