job detailsAbout the clientMy client is a leading executive education provider with more than 70 years of history with a strong global presence and the preferred choice for business leaders. As part of their business expansion within APAC, they are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to strategize and implement Digital/Performance marketing activities and campaigns with the objective to increase brand awareness and generate more qualified leads to their executive programs.About the roleReporting to the Head of Marketing based in Singapore, your responsibilities includes
  • Plan, create, and paid marketing efforts via platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin campaigns in alignment with marketing objectives and target audience aimed at increasing brand awareness and increase in intake of executive courses.
  • Take charge of advertising accounts, ensuring the creation and optimization of ad campaigns for optimal visibility.
  • Strategically position ads based on timing, location, and audience relevance.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of ad performance, utilizing data analysis to provide insightful reports and recommendations on the effectiveness of advertising strategies.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitors' advertising strategies and enhance ad performance through continuous testing and improvement of various ad formats and creatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative teams and data analysts, to ensure alignment between advertising campaigns and broader growth strategies.
  • Work closely with external marketing agencies and global marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and optimization of resources
Skills and experience required
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in developing and executing successful digital/performing marketing campaigns
  • Able to work well in an agile and fast paced environment with experience working in starts-up or a marketing agency environment
  • Ability to manage and execute with minimal supervision, using a hands-on approach with the skills to optimize and react where necessary
  • Ability to run and optimize regional, localized marketing campaigns on self-serve ad networks with minimal support from agencies
