  • Develop and execute F&B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all F&B outlets
  • Creating & driving private events in all outlets, initiating 3rd party collaborations to improve visibility and driving revenue
  • Develops strategies to secure and/or maintain preferred hotel status for global accounts and optimizes revenue contribution from these
managed accounts for all Singapore hotels. * Solicits and drives all negotiated-transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singaporehotels and qualifies prospective clients considering the goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the
business. * Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
  • Coordinate with the F&B operations team to ensure seamless delivery of events and group dining, collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and special events.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, industry tradeshows, and client meetings.
  • Assist in preparing sales briefs and ensuring all creative deliverables meet the set standards and deadlines.
  • Oversee the approval process of marketing materials (menus & collaterals) and ensure consistency across all communication
platforms. Track and consolidate pricing, promotions, and campaign information to ensure accuracy across all F&B platforms (website,
third-party sites, and internal systems). * Provide summary & collation of Post-Mortem information detailing performance and key metrics of activation, maintain knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and F&B promotions to stay ahead of the curve.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in food & beverage, sales, marketing, or events within the hospitality industry.Proven track record in driving revenue through F&B sales strategies, partnerships, and marketing activations.Strong understanding of F&B operations, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.Experience in planning and executing private events, third-party collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
