- Coach and support team members, developing skills while ensuring alignment with company goals and release standards.
- Formulate and execute digital product strategies and roadmaps across acquisition channels, onsite experience, and retail tools with cross-functional teams.
- Gather, document, and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders and customer insights to guide design and engineering.
- Coordinate engineering, design, marketing, retail, supply chain, and merchandising teams to deliver high-impact features and campaigns on time.
- Define success metrics, analyse product performance, and identify opportunities for optimisation and experimentation.
- Enhance omni-channel customer journeys through initiatives connecting online and retail experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, UX feedback, and market insights, while maintaining stakeholder alignment and transparency.
- Proven product management experience in eCommerce or retail, delivering impactful products.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Skilled at managing products through the full lifecycle with customer-centric, data-driven, and design-thinking approaches.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to influence teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for retail and creating exceptional product experiences, with an ownership mindset to tackle challenging objectives.
