Then read on.About the RoleJoin us as an Executive Assistant!In this role, you will be providing secretarial / administrative support to executives.Job description:Working closely with the company's C-level Executive to support all aspects of their daily work routine, keeping them updated of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.Manage and maintain the Executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, global travel arrangements and expenses report. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.Act as focal person for company events, staff onboarding, offboarding, Business Contingency Plan (BCP) coordinator and visitors/guestsReceive, screen and direct incoming enquiries, visitors, mail and email with tact as required.Exercise confidentiality, tact and diplomacy in supporting the executives.Organize division/ department/ external events, meetings, townhalls and provide support to the Corporate Solutions teams.Participate in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies, and practices for the organization.Other additional and/or alternative duties in any way to support the EXCO members.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years prior experience in supporting a senior executive/ management of multi-national organizations and fast-paced environment.A meticulous self-starter with excellent written and communicating skills.Someone who exhibits sound judgment with excellent organization and time-management skills.Resourceful, with a can-do mindset, a great teammate capable of cultivating productive working relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, as well as internet search.Familiar with digital platforms such as internet, social media and have a sense of different sources of information.Excellent stakeholder management skillsPositive thinking and a collaborative approach.Believe in better with AIA.
