This strategic position supports the Community Chest Committee, offering a unique opportunity to work alongside key decision-makers and contribute to shaping Singapore's social services landscape. The role combines high-level committee management with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesCommittee Management & SupportServe as the primary liaison for Community Chest Committee members, providing comprehensive administrative and operational supportOrchestrate committee meetings, including venue arrangements, logisticscoordination, and hospitality managementDevelop and distribute high-quality meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, presentation decks, and analytical reportsImplement robust tracking systems for meeting action items and ensure timely follow-through with stakeholdersMaintain systematic documentation of committee proceedings and decisionsStakeholder CommunicationsCraft and manage professional communications with committee members and external stakeholdersFacilitate effective information flow between committee members and relevant partiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersPolicy and PlanningSupport strategic planning initiatives and policy developmentContribute to the evaluation and enhancement of existing processesManage special projects as assigned by senior leadershipRequirement:Degree and aboveExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with
diverse stakeholders
Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Meticulous attention to detail and superior organisational capabilities
Demonstrated ability to drive results and complete projects efficientlyProficiency in developing comprehensive reports and presentations
Strong project management capabilities
Ability to analyse complex information and present it clearly
Experience in committee or board support (advantageous)Relevant planning experience (in context)
Proven track record in stakeholder management and handling competing priorities
Strong analytical capabilities and excellent written communication skills
Experience in public sector operations (preferred)
