Providing timely feedback and intel from the market to management for formulating effective acquisition strategies continuously.Job Description:Drive recruitment & manpower growth through identified key performance indicators set by managementLiaising with Agency Leaders in areas of transition package offering, onboarding process and post RNF follow up for the sprinter candidatesWork with Agency Leaders, Search Agencies and personal contacts in identifying quality Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers/Leader candidates.Oversee the end-to-end systematic onboarding of new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers with the dedicated impact team for sprinters.Track the expected standards for new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers and ensure that they adhere to the standards to build performance and longevity in the career.Who we are looking for:Competencies & Personal TraitsIndividual who is demonstrated good interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, planning & organising skills, office software skills and business acumen. He must have good integrity, nimble in thinking and be a team playerWorking Experience:Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial industryExperience in Agency Business development or Recruitment preferredStrong contacts of sales advisory roles across banking and insurance sectorsFormer FC or Agency Leader is a plusKeen interest for a hunter roleProfessional Qualifications:CMFAS certification has advantage, not mandatoryEducation:Diploma or a Degree in any disciplinePrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
