
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: from job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding handover.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct effective screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Advise hiring managers on hiring best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
- Ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences through clear communication and timely updates.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Recommend improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and metrics.
- Ensure effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate data.
- Support employer branding activities through job postings, career events, and social media presence.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search techniques.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- Administration skills.

- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance in the local market, such as Singapore MOM regulations, CPF Act, TAFEP guidelines
- Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent intelligence tools

- Must have at least 3 years' experience hiring for IT roles or niche technology skill sets.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house or with agencies.
