You'll be the bridge between local market needs and our innovative energy solutions - helping drive business growth while contributing to a cleaner future.This is a high-ownership role for someone who is young, hungry, and ready to step into regional sales with confidence.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow distributor networks across Southeast Asia, building strong commercial relationships.
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new distribution partners, negotiating commercial terms and setting shared goals.
- Execute channel and go-to-market strategies, tailored to each local market.
- Travel regularly across Southeast Asia to meet partners, understand market dynamics, and support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to support partners and align strategy.
- Monitor sales performance, deliver insights, and report on KPIs and regional trends.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record working with or selling into distribution partners.
- Excellent exposure to Southeast Asia markets and willingness to travel regionally.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset; you're driven to succeed and excited by growth.
- Experience in clean tech, energy, or automotive products is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English (other Southeast Asia languages a bonus to deal with multiple clients across the region).

- First step will be a Teams with an Australian based recruitment partner, and if shortlisted, you will be required to complete a short proof book detailing your sales experience.
- You will then be selected for a Teams interview with the CEO and GM of the Australian based business.
- Final stage: You will be flown to Australia to meet the team in person and a further interview with induction for approx. 3 days.
