- Co-ordinate meetings and appointments for Chief, Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
- Arrange/collate documents for CHRO signature and ensure documents are distributed after signature.
- Draft simple letters for CHROs signature.
- Department Rep for disseminating of information.
- Provide Administrative/Secretarial support to CHRO and co-ordinate with members of the department.
- Keep stock and order of stationery, collaterals and consumables for department use
- Other Miscellaneous duties
- Min GCE O Level and/or Private Secretarial Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Knowledge in use of MS Office
- Location: Simei
- Monday to Friday
