- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle correspondence, calls, and front-desk enquiries; schedule meetings and arrange travel.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports; maintain organized digital filing.
- Support procurement admin (PR/PO/DO), courier bookings, vendor records, and office supplies.
- Assist basic finance tasks such as invoices, expense claims, petty cash, and bank-in slips per SOPs.
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork, attendance/leave updates, and general HR admin.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to follow up on tasks and deadlines.
- Uphold data privacy, compliance, and continuous improvement in processes
- GCE O-Levels/N-Levels or equivalent
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Ability to draft and draw simple designs are an added advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused
