  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing of Neon Signs
  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Bedok
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and front-desk enquiries; schedule meetings and arrange travel.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports; maintain organized digital filing.
  • Support procurement admin (PR/PO/DO), courier bookings, vendor records, and office supplies.
  • Assist basic finance tasks such as invoices, expense claims, petty cash, and bank-in slips per SOPs.
  • Coordinate onboarding paperwork, attendance/leave updates, and general HR admin.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to follow up on tasks and deadlines.
  • Uphold data privacy, compliance, and continuous improvement in processes

  • GCE O-Levels/N-Levels or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Ability to draft and draw simple designs are an added advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused
