- Perform daily data entry into accounting system and ensure all documents are properly filed
- Handle and manage all matters relating to Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Assist in the preparation of jobs/ projects costing, quarterly project closing
- Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned
- Preferably with At least 1-year of relevant experience with basic accounting
- Must be computer literate, strong working knowledge of MS. Office (mainly Excel and words)
- Preferably with Accounting software (Xero) experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team, multi-tasking, balance priorities, and attentive to detail.
