Our client is a multinational Life and Health Insurer, this job will be based out of Singapore reporting to a CXO.Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of company’s strategic planning process, including developing strategies, implementing plans, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.

Developing and executing strategic plans: Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of an organization’s strategic planning process.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Help troubleshoot current issues and implement solutions. Conduct a thorough analysis to help establish proper objectives and goals.
Collaborating with project management team: Work closely with teams to help identify a realistic budget and allocation decisions, evaluate current practices, and make suggestions to cut costs or increase revenue methods.
Preparing briefings and business plans: Prepare briefings, talking points, and technology modernization/ innovation plans in support of industry engagement
Managing projects: Develop and manage project plans, status reports, management, and provide updates for strategic initiatives
