You will focus on 2 main areas: Strategic Initiatives and Business Implementation & Reporting
To assist the International CEO office with designated strategies and conduct thorough research and analysis to enhance the quality of strategic decision-making
Collaborate with key stakeholders to aid in the creation of business plans and initiatives
Implement & drive key initiatives from Head Office
Create business performance / pipeline decks for regular business meetings
Develop peer competitive analysis and produce comprehensive, targeted, and insightful reports and presentations

skills and experience required

Min. Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or relevant discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, change management, preferably within the banking sector
Budgeting, forecasting and business planning experience
Confident and possess excellent communications skills to drive and manage discussions and meetings
Strong analytical, time management and problem solving skills
Results driven; able to deliver under pressure
