  • Business Development: Proactively generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with companies in the technology sector.
  • Client Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing a variety of channels, including our internal database, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract and screen
  • Recruitment Process Management: Guiding candidates and clients through the entire recruitment process, from initial interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring demands within the technology landscape.
